In this episode, I am joined by Rae Leonard.

Rae is an Intuitive Artist and Transformationalist who, after a long road with drug and alcohol abuse, has come out of her addictions and now helps lead others on a 5D treasure hunt by showing them how to tap into their own clair senses (super powers and psychic abilities).

One of Rae’s specialties is that she’s an energy adjuster- she gives people little energetic adjustments that change their day and provide love, relief and comfort.

During our conversation, Rae shared some of the tools and other resources that she uses to help people move quickly to wonderful and ecstatic places in their lives. Some of these include essential oils, the Healy device, and the Master Cleanse.

If you’ve ever wondered how to get in touch with your intuition and your other clair senses, or are just curious how someone from the Fairy Realm operates and helps others heal, this episode will help you.

Episode 47- Journal Prompts and Suggestions to Help You Start the New Year with Clarity, Purpose and Celebration: https://amystarrallen.com/47

It’s a new year… and I love this time of year because it always feels like a blank slate.

It’s a chance to start again, to look back over the last year and see what worked and what I wish I would have done differently, or what I regret not doing that I may want to do this year.

There are a few questions that I like to ask… either at the end of the year or the beginning of the new year. I do this in my journal, but you could also do it with a partner or friend.

These questions are a great way to reflect back over the last year to remember some of the great decisions that you made, to remind yourself that you are capable of making great decisions and that it’s safe to follow your heart.

And, remembering the great decisions that you made can help you know what type of decisions you’d like to make more of in the coming year.

It’s also powerful to think about where you want to be on this day next year, or who you want to be. And not to create a resolution but to cast a vision for your life.

I hosted the Grow Rich mastermind yesterday morning so I’ve included the recording of part of that call in this episode.

On that call I went into detail about each of my journal prompts (questions) in case you’d like to use them yourself…. and you will find them all in this episode!

I also spoke about how to create a ‘fun’ resolution… one to bring more joy into your life. Because, why not? We can all use a little more joy, right?

And I shared some words of wisdom from one of my role models, Michael Franti, about creating a personal motto or a family motto that you can use as your north star to guide you in the right direction each day.

In addition to the call recording, I shared about the Burning Bowl ceremony I did on New Year’s Eve, and a couple of other reflections to help you enter into 2024 gracefully and powerfully, without overlooking where you have been and all that you have accomplished over the last year.

Enjoy and I hope it serves you as a reminder that this life is what you make it. This is your path, this is your journey. It’s nobody else’s. Just yours.

And this is your year, too. So you can make it whatever you want it to be.

I love you, and please remember that I’m here to help, always.

With love and gratitude,

Amy

One of my favorite sayings (that holds very true to me and has throughout my lifetime) is:

When the student is ready, the teacher appears.

Right now, I have 2 very profound situations going on that are a perfect example of this.

One is an example of how sometimes, even though we may have already heard something or learned something or read something, that when we hear it or read it or learn it again, it teaches us something new (because we are always in a new place in our lives).

The second is an example of how things sometimes show up in the exact time that we need them, to get us through the challenges we are having.

OR, maybe he challenges are given to us so that we can be directed to where we need to go and what we need to learn.

I hosted the Grow Rich mastermind call earlier this week and I went into more detail about this topic.

I also shared some of my specific examples as well as a message I received from my dear friend, Craig, about how he believes that maybe he was challenged with cancer just so that his teacher could appear.

Enjoy and I hope it serves you to remember to never underestimate the power of rereading something that you've already read... now that you are in a different place in your life- because you will get different lessons and nuggets of wisdom out of it this time around.

Or, if something is presenting itself to you for the first time, or it's showing up in multiple places... don't ignore it. It may just be the teacher that you are needing right at this moment in your life.

I love you, and please remember that I'm here to help, always.

In this episode, I just wanted to remind you that we we never know who’s watching and paying attention when we are putting ourselves out there online.

We never really know whose lives we are affecting, because most of the people who are paying attention will likely never interact with our content.

I also wanted to shine some light on the feeling we sometimes have that we are ashamed in some way of what we are doing (maybe even subconsciously) and feel the need to hide it from friends, family, members of the community where we live, etc.

Because, when we do that, we are not shining as brightly as we could be. We are not really living our purpose fully if we are denying our light to certain people. And there’s only so much success you can have if you are playing small an hiding out.

Also, if you find yourself doing this, I gave you 2 options of ways to overcome it in this episode as well.

It was the topic I spoke about on yesterday’s Grow Rich mastermind….

We had some technical difficulties on there yesterday, so I went ahead and put this up on my podcast to make it easy for you to listen.

In this episode, I shared some juicy journal prompts and suggestions to help you start the new year with clarity, purpose, and celebration.

It’s 2023 already can you believe it?

It’s a fresh start, a blank slate, a chance for new beginnings and a chance to start over. It always feels so refreshing to me, I love this time of year.

So… I just wanted to give you a couple of ideas that might be helpful to do as we start the new year.

This episode is a recording of the Grow Rich Mastermind call that I hosted this morning, and a couple of things that we spoke about were:

1) The importance of celebrating your strength and how you overcame all of your challenges last year (instead of just rushing into the new year without taking the time to acknowledge your progress).

I also shared my Burning Bowl ceremony experience from New Year’s eve and gave you some other ideas for rituals you can do to release the things that are no longer serving you as you enter the new year.

2) Some journal prompts that I think may be helpful for your business, if you have one, as we enter the new year. I know many of us set goals for the new year, so it’s also good to figure out what we need to put in place to hit our goals.

Journaling things out is super helpful – it’s a great way to communicate with your higher self.

It’s the best way I know of to get some of the answers and insights that you can’t really get anywhere else… there’s a stream of consciousness that we tap into when we journal and write it all out.

And I do believe it’s important to get clear on some of the questions we spoke about today to set ourselves up powerfully as we enter the new year, so that we don’t get to the end of it and feel disappointed that we didn’t get to where we wanted to go.

I also spoke about the importance of having a personal development budget- so that we can feel good about buying the books or courses or whatever we need to help us move forward in the ways we need to… without thinking twice about it.

Anyway, we dive more deeply into this in this episode.

I love you, and please remember that I’m here to help, always.

In this episode, I shared 5 Ways to Prepare Your Mind and Business for the New Year.

I just LOVE thinking abut the beginning of a brand new year as it approaches.

It’s like a blank canvas and a new beginning and a chance to let go of the things that are no longer serving us and to create a new year in a way that excites us.

2023 is right around the corner and this is a perfect time to set new intentions, to wipe the slate clean, to do things differently and to declare new outcomes in your life and business.

We get to ask ourselves,

“On the other side of 2023, who do I want to be?”

Rather than chasing outcomes outside of us we can focus on who we want to become.

Do you want to be healthier? More confident? More empowered? More clear? More grounded? More wealthy?

I made a little end of the year guide a couple of days ago that I posted on Instagram.

And, this morning, I elaborated on it a little more and walked through each of the steps live on our morning call.

I wanted to pass it along to you, to hopefully help to give you some ideas on some things that you can do to end the year powerfully and in a state of awe and gratitude.

The guide is called 5 Ways to Prepare Your Mind and Business for 2023.

I hosted the Grow Rich Mastermind this morning, and I went into detail on each of the 5 ways.

And I added the breakdown to my podcast so that you could download and keep it forever.

Enjoy and it hope it helps you to create your new year in a way that excites you, inspires you, and calls you to reach higher.

I love you, and please remember that I’m here to help, always.

In this episode, I shared some of my vulnerable experiences and deep thoughts regarding my journey through many years of alcohol and drug addiction as well as my 25 years of sobriety.

This post was sparked by a comment that I received on a recent social media post, where I was expressing gratitude for my 25 year sobriety date.

Most of the comments I received on that post (there were hundreds) we uplifting and positive, and many were from people who were starting out on their own sobriety journey who were very grateful because the post gave them hope that it’s possible for them to succeed on this journey as well.

However, one of the posts was from a man who was telling me that it’s time for me to stop sharing my sobriety journey publicly.

So I replied, “Why is that?”

And his response was:

“It’s not good to focus on what you don’t want… For example, do you still keep track of other behaviors that don’t support you? Do you count how long it’s been since you last pooped your pants? Or wet the bed?”

This got me thinking… I thought to myself,

“Should I stop talking about it?”

And my intuition immediately responded- ABSOLUTELY NOT.

There are too many people in the world who need encouragement on their journey.

I actually read a statistic today that said that only 2% of addicts succeed at getting sober… and the majority of the rest end up dying from their addictions.

So, if I can help anyone- even one person- see that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, that’s what I’m here to do.

That negative comment is what inspired this episode today.

And, as I went to record it, I realized that although I make a small gratitude post about my sobriety date each year, I’ve never really shared my deep feelings or experiences about my journey… so you will get all of that here.

Even if you are not an addict at all… I believe that this episode might help to shed some light on what those of us that have struggled with these demons go through, to give you a new perspective about it.

And if you are on a sobriety journey yourself or considering starting out on one, I’m hopeful that this might help encourage you and to remind you how important it is to celebrate every step of your journey, forever.

Thank you to the gentleman who left me the comment that challenged me. Who knows… your comment may end up being responsible for saving someone’s life. Thank you.

And for anyone struggling with the demons of alcohol and drug addiction, I love you and I believe in you, and if I can help in any way, please let me know.

In this episode, I talked about the importance of allowing yourself to be messy in your message and your marketing.

As humans, being vulnerable and transparent often feels uncomfortable to us.

Speaking from our hearts feels scary.

And when we are new at a business or just learning how to market online, it usually feels a whole lot easier to copy what someone else (who is more successful than you) is doing, than to fumble around and find the way that suits you best.

But ‘m here to tell you that, when you get up the courage to be messy and share your journey and admit that you don’t have it all figured out yet, you will attract an audience of people who want to follow along with you on your journey.

This is all I’ve ever done… and, not only has it helped me to be successful in the different businesses I’ve done online, but it has also helped me to build an audience of people who are loyal, and would follow me forever, to the ends of the earth.

Why? Because I’m messy, and relatable.

I went into this in more detail in this episode, and I hope that it helps you to remember that It’s important to give yourself permission to be messy and to allow people to follow along with you on your messy journey.

You can actually treat your business an your marketing like a playground, and have fun with it and attract a ton of people along the way.

And I seriously can’t wait to see what happens for you and your business when you do.

I love you!

In this episode, I talked about the importance of being adaptable in your marketing strategies and how we have to keep up with the changes in technology.

As humans, we don’t like change.

And when it comes to our marketing strategies, we tend to be skeptical when new things are released.

I think that’s just human nature to automatically be skeptical, especially if we’ve been doing something a certain way for a long time…

…but it’s important for us to be adaptable and to change with the times because we have to go where the people are.

For best results, we have to put our message in front of the people on the platforms where they’re actually going to see it, even when it’s different than what we are used to doing.

I went into this in more detail in this episode, and I hope that it helps you to remember that It’s important to be adaptable.

It’s important to grow and evolve with the times and with technology when it comes to getting our message out to the world…… because your message matters and deserves to be heard.

I love you!

In this episode, I talked about the importance of getting your message out into the world, even if at times it seems like nobody is paying attention.

Often times, as human beings, we hold back because we feel like our message is not being given the attention it deserves, or it just feels like nobody is listening at all.

The truth is, you came here with a message to share, and your job is simply to share it… your job is not to control the way it is received.

I go into this more in this episode, and I hope it helps you to remember the importance of sharing your voice, your gifts, your passions, and your light with the world while you are here.

I hope you don’t don’t die with your music still in you.

In this episode, I shared Why I Don’t Believe in Niching Down or Pleasing the Algorithm.

This may be a bit of a controversial topic for some people, but I’m okay with that.

In my community, we get together every day to mastermind about our marketing strategies and many of us are getting great results with short form video right now (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts).

Because these short form videos are all the rage right now, it’s literally easier than ever to create content and to have it pushed out to the people who you can help with your work.

But one thing I see people doing constantly, is creating content simply to manipulate the algorithm, rather than creating content that comes from your heart and allows your audience to get to know you and what you stand for on a deeper level, and ultimately content that will move the needle for your audience members.

So, in this episode, I’ll talk about my take on creating more meaningful content, rather than just creating stuff in an attempt to please the algorithm.

I also shared why I don’t believe in niching down (unless it feels in alignment for you)… and why I’ve always come from the school of thought that the best way to build a loyal following online is to share yourself fully.

In this episode, I shared How To Use Accountability to Hit Your Goals.

I just finished week 1 of my accountability process that has literally never failed me any of the times I have applied it o hit a big goal.

It wasn’t easy, and I finished by the skin of my teeth before the deadline this week, but I did it.

I may have been a bit of an overachiever this week and bit off a bit more than I could comfortably chew (I share more about that in this podcast episode)- but that’s the beauty of this process… we can tweak as we go until we find the sweet spot (pushing ourselves harder than usual without totally stressing ourselves out.
